Introduction of MUL CSR Works
As the number of tourist arrivals in Myanmar is increasing, it is important to ease demand and reduce ecological concerns. We, Myanmar Upper Land | culture & travel recognize that tourism is an important factor in climate change. As one of Myanmar’s leading tourism business Myanmar, we are sure to be in line with the ecological concerns of climate change. This pushes us to be a Travelife partner committed to sustainability. Travelife is a certification program for tour operators in Myanmar and also worldwide providing training and support to promote sustainable tourism.
Respect for human rights in tourism is a major concern. We set a high value on the respect of our employees and the community environment. We try to take responsibility for our natural environment, community, and culture around us. We are doing CSR works such as Culture Projects, Tourism knowledge training & workshops, and other tourism-related activities. CSR certifies our responsible behavior in the travel and tourism market with regard to employees, our partners, the society, and the environment.

MUL's Culture Projects
Besides the tourism activities based in Mandalay, the key persons of Myanmar Upper Land | culture & travel [MUL] profoundly engaged in the protection and safeguarding of Cultural Heritage in Myanmar with the professional support of the local and international cultural network.
In that regard, MUL’s primary interests were (and still are) in promoting and preserving a long-standing tradition in Myanmar performing arts.
Gradually these local cultural activities were further developed, culminating from 2000 onwards in activities such as workshops and performances, nationally as well as internationally.
According to the needs of the cultural community in Myanmar especially in Mandalay, MUL started both tangible and intangible cultural activities together with cultural related International Organizations to contribute to the conservation and safeguarding of traditional performing arts in Myanmar since last 2009. Tourism-and community Activities
As Myanmar Upper Land | culture & travel is one of Travelife partners in Myanmar, we also do other tourism and community-related activities eagerly beside the Culture Projects in Myanmar. We always think about regional and destination development and are happy to involve in the activities.
Online Training & Workshops
As countries around the world gradually ease travel and living restrictions, Ministry of Hotel and Tourism, Myanmar has unveiled details of a three-stage ‘Strategic Roadmap for Tourism Recovery’
The first stage the Survival phase, involves relaxing taxes and fees, arranging more online training and having market assessments. Second stage is reopening short term tourism following under SOP and national guidelines to promote domestic travel. The third stage is implementing long-term plan with a new marketing campaigns and create “ Travel Bubbles” through bilateral agreements with neighbors.
To enhance the knowledge spread of related expertise on tourism Professional, excellent, competence, delivery of results and career progression during the pandemic, Mandalay Regional Tourism Executive Committee (MRTEC) discussed with MUL to collaborate and to follow up the ”Strategic Roadmap for Tourism Recovery’‘ of the Union Ministry of Hotel and Tourism under the area of online training for tourism professionals and staff, discussing travel destinations and tourism market assessments in a regional level. - COVID-19 အလွန်ကာလများတွင်မန္တလေးတိုင်းဒေသကြီးအတွင်း ခရီးသွားလုပ်ငန်းနယ်ပယ်ပိုမိုကျယ်ပြန့်ထွန်းကားလာစေရန်နှင့် အရည်အသွေးပြည့်မှီသောခရီးသွားဝန်ဆောင်မှုများပေးနိုင်ရန်ရည်ရွယ်၍ MRTEC နှင့် Myanmar Upper Land | culture & travel (MUL) တို့ပူးပေါင်းမှုဖြင့် ဤ Online Training သင်တန်းများကို ဖွင့်လှစ်ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- သင်တန်းသားများသည်လျှောက်လွှာများကို အချက်အလက်များပြည့်စုံစွာဖြည့်စွက်၍ သတ်မှတ်ထားသော online Form မှတဆင့် (သာ) လျှောက်ထားရမည်။
- လျှောက်လွှများကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသောရက်အတွင်း အချိန်မီလျှောက်ထားရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး စီစစ်ရွေးချယ်ခံရသူများကိုသာ သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်ခွင့်ကြောင်း Confirmation Email ပေးပို့၍ အကြောင်းကြားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- သင်တန်းတက်ရောက်ခွင့်ရရှိသူများထံသို့ သင်တန်းမစမီ ၂ ရက်အလိုတွင် online (Zoom) Training link ကို အီးမေးလ်မှတဆင့် ပေးပို့မည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
- သင်တန်းသာများသည် ကြိုတင်သတ်မှတ်ထားသောသင်တန်းချိန်အတိုင်း (နာရီ အပြည့်အဝ) အတိအကျ တက်ရောက်နိုင်ရမည်။ သင်တန်း တစ်ချိန်ပျက်ကွက်လျှင် MUL ရုံးခန်းသို့လူကိုယ်တိုင်လာရောက်၍ အကျိုးအကြောင်းဆီလျှော်စွာဆွေးနွေးတင်ပြမှုမရှိပဲ ဤသင်တန်းကိုဆက်လက်တက်ရောက်ခွင့် ပြု မည်မဟုတ်ပါ။
- Online Training အချိန်အတွင်း Video ကိုစတင်ချိန်မှ ပြီးဆုံးချိန်အထိဖွင့်ထားရမည်ဖြစ်သော်လည်း အသံ (MIC) ကိုမူ မိမိစကားပြောချိန်မှအပ သင်တန်းချိန်တလျှောက်လုံးပိတ်ထားရပါမည်။
- သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးသွားပါက MUL မှသင်တန်းတက်ရောက်မှုနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ Feedback များကောက်ယူသွားမည်ဖြစ်ရာ ပြီးပြည့်စုံအောင်ဖြည့်စွက်ပေးရန် သင်တန်းသားများအားလုံးတွင်တာဝန်ရှိပါသည်။
- သင်တန်းပြီးဆုံးသွားပါက သင်တန်းဆင်းလက်မှတ်ပေးအပ်သွားနိုင်ရန်ရည်ရွယ်ထားပါသည်။
- MUL’s CSR Activities များကိုကောင်အထည်ဖော်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်အလို့ငှာ ဤသင်တန်းများကို သင်တန်းကြေး အခမဲ့ဖြင့် စီစဉ်ပေးခြင်းဖြစ်ပါသည်။
